Your performance will have a direct, measurable impact from day one.Your MissionAs a Self-Employed Fundraiser with Pillar, you’ll be the link between the public and the causes we support.Day-to-day you’ll be:Engaging the public at busy venues, including shopping centres, private sites and events across LondonSigning supporters up to Regular Giving programmes to secure ongoing contributionsBuilding genuine rapport quickly and representing our charity partners with professionalism and passionWorking as part of a supportive, high-energy team to meet and beat fundraising targetsTaking pride in your pitch, your materials and your presentationAre You the Pillar Ambassador We’re Looking For?No prior fundraising experience needed. Full training is provided.The ideal candidate is:A great communicator who loves talking to peopleResilient and positive, able to handle rejection and bounce back strongerSelf-motivated and target-drivenReliable, punctual and professionalBased in or around LondonWhat You’ll GetA guaranteed daily rate of £70, plus uncapped performance bonusesComprehensive training in fundraising techniques, compliance and public engagementA supportive team and a dedicated manager invested in your developmentFlexible full-time and part-time schedulingWeekly payCareer progression into team leadership and managementThis is a contract for services (self-employed).
