Head of People & Culture — Charity (Hybrid)

The Society of St James in Southampton is seeking a Head of People and Culture to lead HR operations during a maternity leave cover. Based hybrid, you will report to the Executive Director of People and Culture and manage an established team delivering ER guidance, payroll integration, and policy implementation across Hampshire.

Seeking CIPD-qualified HR leaders with strong TUPE, GDPR and regulatory knowledge who can drive service excellence in a charity setting.
