Senior Inquests Advocate – Regulatory & Public Law

Weightmans is seeking an experienced solicitor to join our Regulatory Department’s Inquests team in the South of England. The role focuses on advocacy for police forces, blue light services, insurers and healthcare clients, with dedicated support to manage complex inquest matters.

You will conduct your own advocacy, prepare written submissions, and supervise junior lawyers while delivering high-quality client service and meeting deadlines, KPIs and firm policies.
