Outdoor Learning Lead — Hybrid Role in Nature Education

Sussex Wildlife Trust is seeking a Wilder Learning Manager to lead a small team delivering engaging outdoor learning and engagement programmes across Sussex. You will oversee accredited training, INSETs and school sessions, driving improvements to school grounds for nature and outdoor learning.

You will lead with energy, collaboration and inclusion, stepping in to deliver when needed and creating opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team culture.
