Compassionate Care Assistant with Flexible Shifts

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide daily personal and social support to adults in our residential services across England and Wales. The role involves promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing, with shifts including days, nights, and sleep-ins as required.

You will work within care plans and PBS strategies, supporting daily activities, health monitoring, and safeguarding, while contributing to a compassionate, client-centered team.
