Job Description:
Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) invites applications for a Band 6 practitioner to join the Initial Response Service based at Royal Preston Hospital or Ormskirk District General Hospital. You will screen referrals, triage, signpost and support call handlers and administrators in a 24/7 crisis pathway.
