Paid Search Growth Lead

Incubeta Group is seeking a Search Account Manager to lead strategy, performance, and client relationships across a portfolio of paid search accounts. You will combine platform expertise with strategic thinking to deliver measurable growth for clients while supporting junior team members.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, drive performance through testing and optimisation, and identify opportunities to help clients achieve their business objectives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
