Assembly Operative

Salary: £13 per hourHours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm | Friday 7am to 1pmLocation: Milton KeynesJob Type: Temp to Perm

Job Duties:

• -Assembling and bonding components using hot glue and other adhesives
• -Preparing parts and materials for production
• -Ensuring correct alignment and secure bonding of components
• -Carrying out basic visual and dimensional quality checks
• -Using simple hand tools where required
• -Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe
• -Following clear work instructions and production standards
• -Working as part of a team to meet daily output targets

Requirements

• -Good attention to detail and a steady, careful approach to work
• -Comfortable working with hands in a practical, production-based role
• -Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
• -Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• -Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, crafting, sewing, packing, or similar work is helpful but not -essential
