ICU Deputy Sister and Shift Leader

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated nurse to join the ICU team as Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse (Band 6) at Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe Hospitals. You will rotate between the two sites, taking charge on shift and leading a multidisciplinary team in critical care.

Essential Critical Care experience and post-registration mentorship/education are required, with ongoing opportunities for development and a supportive practice development framework within the trust.
