• Responsible for the day-to-day running and smooth operation of the practice
• Lead, motivate and develop the clinical and support teams
• Oversee CQC compliance, clinical governance and practice policies
• Monitor practice performance, KPIs, budgets and financial targets
• Drive practice growth, efficiency and performance
• Maintain excellent standards of patient care and customer service
• Manage staff training, development and performance
• Work closely with the Practice Owners and clinical team
• Implement and improve practice systems and procedures
• Modern facilities including Intraoral Scanners, Digital X-rays, CBCT and Guided Surgery Technology
• Established and supportive clinical team
