Senior Mental Health Clinical Manager

Cygnet Hospital Harrogate, part of the Cygnet Group, seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead nursing teams in a complex mental health setting. The role includes on-call duties and ensuring high standards of care across two acute wards.

You will work under the Hospital Manager, driving clinical governance, regulatory compliance, staff appraisal and development within a multidisciplinary team. A pin-qualified RMN/RNLD with at least four years of experience is required.
