Primark Norwich is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead a busy store section, plan and deliver great customer experiences, and drive sales with a hands-on leadership style. You’ll organise a team of Retail Assistants, coach colleagues, and collaborate with the store leadership to optimise performance, stock control, and visual merchandising while upholding Primark’s values.
