Residential Conveyancer (Hybrid, 4+ PQE) – Swansea

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join Swansea’s busy estate team. You will manage a substantial residential caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, across freehold and leasehold matters with minimal supervision.

Hybrid working is available with Swansea office presence. Applicants should have 4+ years’ PQE, excellent client care and communication skills, and strong organisation to manage a high-volume workload. A yearly bonus is payable.
