Lead Clinical Safety Officer – SaMD & Healthcare Tech

System C is seeking an experienced Clinical Safety Officer to join the Clinical Safety Team. You will work with clinicians, product teams and technical colleagues to ensure healthcare software and solutions are designed and maintained safely across health and care settings.

In this role, you will lead clinical risk assessments, support investigations into safety incidents, maintain Clinical Safety Files and documentation, and contribute to audits and governance activities.
