Senior Residential Childcare Worker – Sleep-In Perks

Dove Adolescent Services seeks a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our Barnsley homes. You will create a warm, nurturing environment, support activities for young people aged 8–18, and help safeguard and plan care across shifts including sleep-ins.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and at least 12 months’ residential experience, with strong communication and empathy. An equal opportunities employer with development opportunities.
