Senior Project Surveyor – Social Housing (West Midlands)

Wates Group is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our social housing team in the West Midlands. You will manage the commercial elements of planned works, ensuring projects deliver to time, budget and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will oversee budgets, cost reporting, procurement, and final accounts across kitchens, bathrooms, externals and roofing, liaising with stakeholders and subcontractors to secure value and compliance.
