Strategic Operations Lead – Children’s Residential Care

Leaders in Care is seeking an Operational / Strategic Lead for two Outstanding-rated children’s homes in Croydon. You will provide visible, values-led leadership across both sites, safeguarding quality and driving sustainable growth.

This senior role requires extensive leadership within children’s residential care, with a strong grasp of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. A strategic, commercially aware approach will be essential to success.
