Senior Financial Crime & Compliance Leader (Hybrid)

Fincselect Limited in London is seeking a Senior Financial Crime Compliance Manager to lead second-line controls as the bank scales internationally to Singapore, Dubai and India. You will partner with the MLRO and CRO on strategy and risk, shaping policies and risk assessments for cross-border products.

In a fast-paced environment you will draft Board papers, advise across the business, and act as a contact for FCA/NCA regulators while monitoring evolving financial crime risks.
