Has proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency or in-house)Is confident managing accounts and delivering recruitment solutions independentlyHas experience recruiting into permanent rolesIs commercially aware and motivated by performance and earningsEnjoys building long-term client partnerships rather than short-term wins
