Principal Design Engineer – Hybrid Power Transmission Lead

National Grid is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead engineering decisions across major construction programmes in the UK. You will ensure projects are safe, buildable, operable and delivered from concept through commissioning, using site expertise and strong engineering judgement.

This hybrid role allows base from Warwick or Ashford/Sellindge and requires excellent communication to influence stakeholders, review designs, manage outages and mentor teams while delivering complex infrastructure
