The Borough is seeking a Neighbourhood Services Worker in Ashford to assist tenants with general domestic repairs and small works in homes and communal areas. You will inspect blocks, manage safety and compliance, and help deliver an effective housing management service with a focus on tenant relations.

You will coordinate with the Neighbourhood Services team, schedule works, and adapt to seasonal variations while maintaining high customer care standards.
