Gifting Quality & Compliance Lead – Food & Home

Bloom & Wild is hiring a Technical Quality Lead for gifting products, with a strong focus on non-horticultural categories like food, candles and home goods. You will own end-to-end quality, regulatory sign‑off and supplier audits to protect customers and our brand.

You’ll report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory, work closely with Range, Supply Chain and QA teams, and be based primarily at our Nuneaton fulfilment site. A background in food safety, HACCP and BRCGS is highly valued.
