Gold Care Homes is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead the QA service across registered services in Hertfordshire, the Midlands or Oxfordshire. You will develop guidelines, manage annual QA plans linked to CQC models and support external inspections.
You will prepare reports for senior management, design improvement plans, ensure staff are trained and registered, and drive continuous quality across all homes with robust risk management.
