Part-Time Head of Finance | Strategic SME Partner

Stirling Ellis in Swindon is seeking a part-time Head of Finance (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) to lead a small finance team and partner with the MD on strategic decisions. The role covers month-end close, management accounts, statutory accounts, cashflow, budgeting, and KPI reporting.

You will oversee the Accounts Manager, drive R2R processes, ensure GDPR compliance, and provide financial guidance across operations. 3–4 days per week, pro rata salary 70–75K, plus pension and parking.
