Head of Research & Commercial Services (New Revenue)

The Scottish Government is seeking a strategic leader to design, develop and deliver a new commercial research service for the National Records of Scotland (NRS). You will translate strategy into a marketable, sustainable offering that generates income while supporting statutory data access.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Services Operations and Archives, you will coordinate governance, engage stakeholders, and drive partnerships to deliver public value and financial return.
