Residential Real Estate Investment Associate

Lloyds is seeking an Investment Associate for the Living Investment Team in London. The role supports evaluation, approval and execution of residential real estate investments, working with Investment Managers across Finance, Development, Asset Management and Operations.

You will conduct financial modelling, due diligence and market research, preparing clear Investment Committee papers and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
