Overview
Chase Taylor Recruitment are a market leading recruitment agency specialising within the fenestration sector, from windows to hardware and everything in between – we pride ourselves on being a specialist service to our industry. Established for over 13 years and due to continued growth, we are looking to add to our team. We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer, to work closely with the current team to accomplish business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through networking, advertisements, and headhunting
- Evaluating candidates and providing CVs within a timely manner.
- Maintaining communication at all stages with candidates.
- Networking and maintaining relationships with candidates for active and passive opportunities.
- Maintaining records and updating notes within the in-house CRM system
- Represent Chase Taylor at industry events and exhibitions.
Location and Working Arrangements
The role is office-based in Cannock, within easy access to the motorway. The role can be full time or part time.
Compensation
On offer is a competitive salary coupled with an attractive, uncapped commission scheme.
