RN Clinical Lead & Deputy Manager — Care Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead in the Hull area. You will support the General Manager, oversee care standards, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.

You will be an RN/RMN with current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification. The role requires safeguarding and risk assessment experience, plus some HR, budgeting and sales/marketing knowledge.
