Blended Learning Design & Delivery Partner

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Design & Delivery Partner to transform business needs into engaging learning solutions across the UK and Canada. This hands-on role combines learning design, content creation and facilitation to build capability across our growing hospitality brands.

You’ll work with the Talent Team and leaders to develop blended journeys, explore AI-enabled approaches and shape learning for multi-site operations, ensuring relevance to our brand and ways of working.
