Nurse Deputy Manager (RN) – Care Home Leader

Akari Care is seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our care home team. You will help ensure high standards of care, promote resident well‑being, and drive the success of the home.

As Deputy Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise and develop Colleagues, and provide clinical oversight for assessments and care plans. A nursing background and strong leadership are essential to succeed in this role.
