In-House Legal Counsel — Property & Contracts

Churchill Living is seeking an Assistant Legal Counsel to support the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel across the business from its Ringwood head office. You will provide practical legal advice on non-contentious and contentious matters and assist with land acquisitions and property management.

Drafting and negotiating contracts across land, marketing, IT and construction, and ensuring regulatory compliance (AML, FCA, GDPR) are key parts of the role.
