Therapy & Care Assistant for SEND: Support & Development

Totton College is seeking a compassionate Therapy and Care Assistant to support students with SEND and complex needs. You will provide personal care, assist with therapy programmes, and help students access learning and participate in college life.

Working within the Therapy and Care Team, you will follow individual care plans and professional guidance to ensure safe, person-centred support, promoting dignity and independence while collaborating with colleagues.
