Overview
In this role you will support a national Real Estate Energy and Natural Resources practice, handling property work for energy clients on wind, solar, storage, hydrogen, and related developments. You will work on development projects, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management for national and international energy clients, with opportunities to influence high‑value transactions and project development. You will collaborate with cross‑firm teams to build client relationships and contribute to business development. This is a chance to shape the real estate elements of major energy infrastructure and renewables projects within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
- Handle development projects, acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant instructions for energy clients
- Manage asset and portfolio management work for national and international clients
- Engage in project development for new generation projects in renewables and energy infrastructure
- Contribute to high‑value, high‑profile transactions and provide first‑class legal advice
- Develop client relationships and assist with business development activities (events, articles, marketing)
- Collaborate with the wider Real Estate team across locations to support client needs
Key requirements
- Legal qualification with 3+ years post admission experience
- Experience in a Real Estate legal team
- Experience with development transactions/projects in energy or related areas
