Category Lead: High-Growth Wellness Brand (Hybrid, London)

TalentPool is partnering with a high-growth wellness brand in London for a Category Lead role with hybrid work. You will shape category strategy across major UK retailers, acting as the unbiased voice of the customer and identifying growth opportunities to drive both short-term growth and long-term strategy.

You will report to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product, building the function from scratch and positioning the brand as a category leader.
