NIHL Litigation Paralegal – File Handler

Keoghs is seeking a File Handler in the Legal department to manage a caseload of predominantly litigated NIHL claims in a supported team environment.

You will handle disclosure, review documents and evidence, obtain witness statements, instruct Counsel and Experts, and contribute to settlements and court timetables. The role is based primarily in Birmingham or Bolton, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an extensive benefits package.
