HR Advisor: Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

Birtwistles Food Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR function across our organization, with a strong emphasis on recruitment. You will manage campaigns, write adverts, conduct interviews and guide onboarding to meet business needs.

The role covers employee lifecycle HR activities, policy alignment and staff wellbeing initiatives, with working hours 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday, and flexibility as required.
