Overview

In this role you will provide expert fund finance counsel from our London office, focusing on offshore jurisdictions. You will work with cross-border teams to advise on BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands law within funded structures. You will help shape the fund finance offering for a prestigious offshore firm while maintaining a healthy work–life balance. This is a senior, high-impact position in a leading London practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on fund finance matters for offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Bermuda, Cayman Islands)
• Collaborate with the London team to support cross-border fund finance transactions
• Provide expert legal guidance on regulatory and structural aspects of fund financing
• Support senior partners in business development and client engagement
• Contribute to maintaining the firm’s reputation for quality and breadth of work

Key requirements

• 8+ PQE E&W or Commonwealth qualified lawyer
• Minimum 8 years fund finance experience
• Fund finance experience in Bermuda, BVI or Cayman Islands or UK experience within a leading London team with offshore exposure
