Pets Insurance, part of Pets at Home, is building a new pet insurance proposition. We seek a Claims Service Champion to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the claims journey as the main contact for customers and veterinary practices.
You’ll gather information, support customers through often stressful times, ensure claims are ready for assessment, and collaborate with Claims Assessors to prioritise cases.
