They have more work than people, so this is a senior hire to lead client engagements from day one.What you’ll be doingLeading OT cyber risk assessments on client sites, which is around 80% of the roleCarrying out site surveys across ICS, SCADA, DCS and wider OT environmentsBuilding improvement roadmaps and security programmes to move clients from low maturity to a secure, resilient stateApplying standards such as IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, NIST SP 800-82 and HSE OG86 to real industrial environmentsWorking with the sales team on follow-on opportunities and proposalsGetting involved in implementing countermeasures if you want to (optional, as there’s an in-house engineering team)What you’ll needExperience

OT cyber risk assessments, not just taking part in themIdeally, consultancy experience. Strong end-user candidates from CNI sites will also be consideredA solid grounding in OT security: PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, DCS, industrial protocols, network security and countermeasuresExperience in at least one industrial sector, such as energy, water, chemicals, oil and gas or manufacturingThe confidence to lead client engagements and act as the expert on siteClear, accurate report writing and close attention to detailNice to haveIEC 62443 experience or certifications (fully funded training is provided if not)CISSP, CySA+ or NCSC Chartered statusThe package£70,000 to £90,000 depending on experience5% of salary towards training and certifications each yearSalary reviews every six months, with a clear skills matrix for progressionHome-based, with site visits once or twice a month (usually 3 to 5 days, scheduled within working hours where possible)Flexible working hours, with all expenses coveredPension and the option to buy extra holidayIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.
