Learning & Development Co-ordinator

Overview

In this role you enable a smooth, high-quality learning experience for Faculty employees by coordinating onboarding, platform administration, and content logistics. You will work closely with a cross-functional L&D team to maintain engaging, data-driven learning processes and continuously improve delivery. The position blends process, technology, and stakeholder collaboration to support responsible AI enablement across the organization. You will operate in a hybrid London setting, ensuring consistent learner outcomes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new joiners, including schedules, logistics, facilitators, and cohort sessions
• Administer the Learning Experience Platform (Sana): content uploads, tagging, enrollments, and basic troubleshooting
• Support learning calendar and workshop logistics, invitations, materials, attendee tracking, and evaluation surveys
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to update content, maintain brand standards, and manage document version control
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, communications, and learning administration
• Create and maintain LXP analytics dashboards and summaries on engagement, compliance, and performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and facilitators to ensure clear, timely learning communications

Key requirements

• Experience in L&D, HR operations, events, or programme coordination with multi-stakeholder workflows
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Digital confidence and tech aptitude, with exposure to LXPs/LMSs (e.g., Sana) or similar HR tools
• Articulate communicator capable of building effective relationships with learners and stakeholders
• Innovative mindset, proactive in exploring AI and digital tools to streamline processes
• Ownership mindset with adaptable, solutions-focused approach to high-touch learner support
