Senior Revit BIM Technician — MEP Design Lead (Agile)

Kier Design are seeking a Senior Revit Technician to lead MEP coordinated design and 3D modelling on large, multi-disciplinary projects, from concept to handover. You will drive accuracy and BIM quality, coordinating with designers, engineers, and external teams.

The role involves senior-level BIM/CAD guidance, using Revit and AutoCAD, with a focus on delivering compliant, cost-effective solutions across diverse sectors. Hybrid working in Liverpool/Manchester/Leeds is available.
