Head of Facilities Compliance & Estate Strategy

Merton Council is seeking a proactive leader to become the Council’s lead for facilities management, responsible for statutory corporate landlord duties across all corporate buildings. You will oversee hard and soft FM, health and safety, compliance, and management of utilities, delivering smarter, more sustainable estate services.

This senior role reports to the executive team, manages contracts up to £20m, and shapes the future of the Council’s built environment in London.
