Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Head of Finance and will lead a team of three in the AP function.
- Leadership – Manage and support a team of 4 Accounts Payable professionals
- Processes – Drive improvements and efficiencies in the AP process
- Reporting – Oversee weekly and monthly reporting of AP performance metrics
- Systems – Work with finance systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency
- Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
- Month-End – Assist with month-end close processes relating to payables
- Compliance – Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
- Support Projects – Support the Head of Finance in wider finance projects and initiatives
