Remote HR Advisor – Secure Healthcare & Compliance

DrPA Secure is recruiting an Operational HR Advisor to provide day-to-day advisory across secure healthcare sites, ensuring workforce practices meet NHS England contractual requirements, HMPPS security standards, and UK employment legislation.

The HR Advisor will work with operational managers, clinical leads, and senior leadership to manage employee relations, safer recruitment, workforce compliance, and performance processes within secure settings.
