Investment Banking Senior Analyst, UK Banking

Overview

In this role, you support senior BCMA professionals to help clients raise capital and pursue strategic advisory on M&A and other transactions. You will contribute to client proposals, financial analyses, and deal execution as a junior member of the Investment Banking team. You’ll perform economic research, build valuation models, and prepare materials for pitches and live deals. This position sits at the intersection of capital markets and advisory, enabling you to drive client impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Evaluate a company’s performance against industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
• Collaborate with senior BCMA professionals on client transactions and projects

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
