Store Team Lead — Customer-Centric Retail (Manchester)

The Lounge store at Trafford Centre in Manchester is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead a team and ensure outstanding customer service, stock integrity and store standards in a dynamic retail environment.

You will work 32 hours per week as part of the store leadership team, supporting the Head of Store and fellow supervisors, training staff to deliver a true Lounge experience and embody our brand values in every customer interaction.
