Senior Technical Lead

Overview

In this role you apply advanced analytics to understand business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic goals. You will translate data into compelling insights and visual narratives, guiding key decisions across cross-functional teams. You’ll embed analytics capabilities within the team using agile methods to drive measurable business impact. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused position that shapes how data informs the organization’s priorities and performance.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand stakeholder needs through consultancy to identify analytics solutions aligned with business strategy
• Ensure data comes from approved Golden Sources and is fit for purpose
• Lead the embedding of advanced analytics to develop business solutions and improve understanding of customers, processes, channels and products
• Create data visualisations to tell powerful stories and influence decisions for stakeholders
• Work in an agile, multi-disciplinary data and analytics team, coordinating resources to deliver strategic outcomes
