Leading US law firm in London is seeking a Corporate / Private Equity Associate (1-4 PQE) to join their private equity-led team. You will work on a broad range of PE and corporate transactions.

You should have 1-4 PQE in private equity or corporate M&A and a background at a leading US or Magic Circle firm, with England & Wales qualification.

This role offers exposure to cross-border deals including LBOs, exits, carve-outs, minority investments, and complex shareholder arrangements.
