The Bugis Singapore Restaurant is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen with full autonomy and to shape our Pan Asian menu, emphasizing Chinese and Singaporean techniques. Based within The Bailey’s Hotel London, you will elevate dining experiences for guests and set high culinary standards.

You will recruit and mentor a talented kitchen team, develop new menus, manage costs and food safety, and collaborate closely with the broader team to build a passionate, creative food offering.
