Overview

In this role you will work on a broad range of mid-market corporate matters with a strong life sciences focus, advising pharma, biotech, universities and research institutions. You will join a collaborative London-based team delivering private M&A, reorganisations, JVs, IPOs and fundraisings. The role offers excellent work‑life balance and a friendly, non‑political culture. Responsibilities

• Handle mid-market corporate transactions with emphasis on life sciences
• Lead and support private M&A (buy-side and sell-side) engagements
• Assist with reorganizations, JVs, IPOs and fundraisings for clients in pharma/biotech/university spaces
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams on deal execution
• Support due diligence, drafting, and negotiations for complex life sciences deals

Key requirements

• 5-7 PQE (England & Wales)
• strong life sciences focus in corporate work
• experience in private M&A, reorganizations, JVs, IPOs and fundraisings
• qualification to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales
